Rave of the Day for February 21....
Time magazine for the week of February 23rd. I saw it at the grocery store last night and bought it. The cover story is about inflammation and how it could be the culprit in diseases as diverse as Alzheimers, cancer and diabetes. An interesting read even for those who are healthy.
